  1. Im pretty sure this is not the real FBI Fitness Test, at school we have to run 1,5 miles in 10m which for a good grade and everyone does it so this is bs

  2. It's laughable. How can the FBI Fitness Test be this severely easy to pass? In short, don't be a fatass and just train for a week and you're golden. Seriously….I expected much higher standards from the supposedely 'ELITE'….

  3. These tests are so easy! But seriously…if you can't do sit-ups then go train your core. Most people I know including myself always get bored from situps. I usually quit around 180 or 200 sit-ups as it's boring. Push-ups are more tough because I weigh 196LBS….I max out at around 70 in one session. Muscles get bloated. Also…that 300m dash shouldn't be a challenge for anyone under 30!!!! Come on mate….I dash about 400m daily to grab my bus with ease. Mates…come on. I'm a fatass with at least 20% bodyfat as well!
